Prescribed Burn Association

Formed in December 2023, the St. Francois Mountains Prescribed Burn Association (SFM-PBA) aims to help landowners in St. Francois, Madison, Iron, and Reynolds Counties as well as adjacent areas. The geography of the SFM-PBA is dictated by the distance members are willing to travel to assist on burns. Whether you need help applying prescribed fire to manage your land or want to gain hands-on experience, the Association is here to help!
